Francisca Serwaa Boateng, Esq.
Francisca Serwaa Boateng is a lawyer of over 27 years standing at the Bar. She is the Founder & Managing Counsel of FSB Law Consult, Accra, Ghana where she leads the civil litigation team across the firm’s areas of practice: Commercial Litigation, Land & Real Estate Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Technology Law and Arbitration. She has handled civil cases at all levels of Ghana’s courts system up to the Supreme Court.
Francisca previously worked with the Policy & Global Affairs Division (Committee on Human Rights) of the National Academies of Sciences in Washington, DC as a Research Associate. She is also a Fall 2002 alumnus of the prestigious Christine Mirzayan Science & Technology Policy internship programme in Washington, DC. Before setting up FSB Law Consult, Francisca worked as a legal officer (National Service) at the Commission on Human Rights & Administrative Justice (CHRAJ). She also worked as lawyer in private practice for several years with Akuetteh Kudoadzi & Co. (later Nsiah Akuetteh & Co.) in Accra.
Francisca is an old student of St. Monica’s Secondary School, Mampong, and a proud member of SMOSA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from University of Ghana, Legon, Accra, in 1996. She was called to the Bar as a barrister & solicitor in 1998 after completing Ghana School of Law, Accra, where she was awarded the prize for the Best Female Student in the Law of Evidence. In 2002, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, Philadelphia, PA.
Francisca Serwaa Boateng is a member of the International Bar Association, African Arbitration Association, African Women Lawyers Association and Ghana Bar Association where she has served as a member of the Business Law, Women & Children and Juniors & Pupils Committees. She is also a former Vice-President of the Greater Accra Branch of the Ghana Bar Association.
Francisca is an accomplished author. Her books have become the foremost reference books for lawyers, judges and law students in Ghana and around the Commonwealth. She is the author of the following ground-breaking books:

Francisca was appointed a notary public of the Republic of Ghana in April, 2011.
Felicity Ewurasi Boadi joins us as the Office Manager. She is a purpose driven young lady who is passionate about Information Technology, exploring new places and enjoying nature and outdoor adventures.
Felicity previously worked with Fort Group Ghana Ltd as an administrative support and also managed the company’s social media page, showcasing her knack for digital engagement and content creation. Felicity oversees operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm.
